My client, a software development and IT services provider, is looking for a Business Growth Manager to help drive their success as they establish their new London office in January 2024. What you’ll do: As the Business Growth Manager, you’ll have a varied and impactful role, including: Building strong client relationships: You’ll be the go-to person for clients, partners, and industry contacts, fostering trust and collaboration. From solution design to overseeing delivery, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and successfully. Driving growth and strategy: You’ll help develop business strategies, manage key accounts, and plan for long-term growth. Your role will be vital in identifying opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships. Crafting proposals and pitches: Collaborating with delivery teams, you’ll produce bespoke proposals that showcase what my client can deliver. You’ll also pitch these ideas, communicating the value and impact of their services. Championing services knowledge: You’ll keep on top of what my client offers and stay ahead of market trends, ensuring you can effectively communicate the benefits of their digital solutions to prospective clients. What they’re looking for: To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience in a similar position, ideally within a software development, digital services, or IT environment. My client is looking for someone who ideally: Has at least three years of experience in digital business development, account management, or working in a digital agency/IT services setting. Can build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities.
